In this wiki I will show you how to use Rosetta Stone to learn Italian and show you how to succesfully learn this language. However these instructions can only be followed if one is a student of the Frankfurt International School Upper School.
1) First Go to your school email and type in the search box "rosetta stone"
After this click on the email from the teacher "Kriss, Jack"
2) Then in this email is your Rosetta stone password and username
Write down the Password and Username somewhere safe where only you can find it but somewhere where you can find it later.
Hint: do not write your Password and Username somewhere too safe where you wont be able to find it. The best place to write this is in your Planner.
3) After this go to" fis.rosettastoneclassroom.com"
Enter your username and password in the username section
4) After you have entered your Username and Password successfully click on the "Launch Rosetta Stone" button
5) Next a program will check your system if you have everything to enjoy the full version of Rosetta Stone
Hint: Most computers will have the programs needed but if something is missing follow what the Rosetta Stone tells you.
For Example here there is no speech recognition, for it to be activated click on the "download the speech installer" button and download this program.
6) When the program is finished downloading click on the "Check my System again" button
7) Then you click below "Languages" on "Italian" and then on "level 1"
8) First click on the first box on the very left
9) Start this lesson, the voice detector will detect your voice, make sure to say it perectly in order to get a good score.
Repeat every single vowel like the person reading it out loud is. Perfection is the key to success!
At the end you should get a result of the whole lesson
Then on the result window click "continue to lesson 1 Grammar"
